For Ubuntu users: Please use the new version of RNAclust (1.1) as a bug occurring only on Ubuntu systems is now fixed!
LocARNA 1.4.6: Please not that RNAclust-1.1 won't work with LocARNA version 1.4.6. We are currently fixing this problem.
