Call using ./em.R which is an Rscript. ./em.R --help will provide help.
NixOS, and NixOS command line support. Run via: nix-shell (in the directory).
fcs files for testing: these are all available from flowrepository.org; using the identifiers given in the paper.

New version of flowEMMi with command-line processing
This version can be used directly from the command line, as detailed in the README.md file. It should allow for automated processing of a large number of files in batch scripts.
This new version has NixOS support files for easy installation.
