Syntheny analysis of Monosiga brevicollis (MonBre) and Salpingoeca
rosetta (SalRos) CCA gene loci. Twenty flanking genes upstream and
downstream of the focal CCA genes were taken from gene annotations.
Orthologs were detected using proteinortho (setting -sim to 0.8).
Boxed Accession numbers and colored shades indicate homologous
genes. While the order is dispersed, the eCCA loci share 6 orthologous
genes while the aCCA loci only share one. Numbers in boxes indicate
the number of genes that show no homology to genes in the
corresponding loci.
