INSTALLATION

(1) Unpack the tar archive  circal.0.1.tar.gz

(2) cd CIRCAL

(3) make

If it does not work, edit the 'Makefile'. Probably you are not
using gcc, you might also have to change compiler options.

(4) Copy the executable programs circal and circcons, as well as
    the man pages circal.1 and circcon.1 into the appropriate
    directories.
